H.H. Prince Bandar Bin Saud Bin Khalid Al Saud, Chairman of the
Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of Alfaisal University, has
signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Dr. Adnan Bakr Mufti, General
Director of Security Forces Hospital. The agreement covers collaborative
medical studies, research and training. The signing ceremony was witnessed
by officials from both institutions.
The objective of the agreement is to develop educational and training
programs for students and trainees of the College of Medicine at Alfaisal
University. According to the agreement, the Security Forces Hospital will
allow several university medical and postgraduate students to train in the
Hospital’s diagnostic, educational, laboratory and other supporting
facilities. In addition, Hospital staff will contribute to the preparation
and development of curriculum and learning methodologies in preclinical and
clinical stages. The Hospital will provide opportunities for its staff to
participate in research projects using University facilities.
