Education:
Ph.D. 2004 Virginia Commonwealth University, USA, Physical Chemistry
M.S. 1997 Teneessee State University, USA, Organic Chemistry
B.S. 1993 Jordan University Of science and Technology, Jordan, Applied chemistry

Research Interests:

  • Structural information, mechanism of oligomers via polymerization in the gas phase. In addition, the research involves reactions and solvations of Atomic Metal Cations within Molecular Clusters and Mass Selected-Cluster Ion Mobility Mass Spectrometer for structural characterizations and binding energies of gas phase molecular cluster ions. These studies incorporate a variety of experimental techniques (molecular beams, lasers, electron impact, Time of flight, CID, Quadruple and Ion mobility mass spectrometry (MS/MS).

Awards and Recognition:

  • Virginia Commonwealth University Fellowship, 2003/2004
  • Graduate School Research Fellowship, Chemistry Dept, VCU 2004
  • Virginia Commonwealth University Fellowship, 2003/2004
