About Public Relations
The PR team works closely with all colleges and departments as well as the President & VP’s Offices to raise the overall visibility of Alfaisal through Web Communications, Press Relations and New Media. Through the effective use of messaging, media relationships and events the PR team continue to promote Alfaisal University throughout Saudi Arabia and the region.

Our Services
Events
At Alfaisal University we ensure that all events uphold the image of the university and that events deliver specific messages that relate to our mission statement: Student-Centred, Research Focused and deliver Quality Education. Our role varies from full project management to more specific tasks like VIP Protocol, meet & greet, media exposure, catering, guest lists and gift sourcing etc. We work closely with all colleges, departments and students and provide them with full support for their activity, event or ceremony

Campus & Visitor Relations
We serve as the primary source of information for visitors to the campus. We provide support to the five Colleges, Research and Graduate Studies Office, Student Affairs, HR Department, Facilities, Office of Advancement, Alumni & Placement Relations, Office of the President &Vice Presidents. Our mission is to ensure that that timely communications are provided for student’s faculty and staff around campus, and all visitors are left with a lasting impression of their visit to Alfaisal.

News & Media Communication
A weekly news wire highlighting the week’s top stories, upcoming events etc. is published and is available on the portal so that our community is informed of all our activities and news. We also produce news for the website news page in Arabic and English, and for print media highlighting all the latest achievements, and news that is related to students, faculty and other. The team publish Academia the university’s flagship annual publication sponsored by Boeing and an annual media look book. We are the single point of contact for all media inquiries, interviews or expert opinions.

Web Communications
We aim to provide leadership and guidance to the entire Alfaisal community regarding the effective use of the web as a tool for external and internal communications. It’s our goal to grow, maintain and support Alfaisal’s primary web presence www. alfaisal.edu to directly support the university’s strategic goals and initiatives by improving overall editing and posting of news to the website, and increasing video output on all media.
