Dr. Bill Lathen has a PhD in Business Administration, Tax Accounting
emphasis from Arizona State University. He has a Masters of Taxation from
The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s of Science Accounting
degree from Brigham Young University, all of which are in the U.S.

Lathen also has earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) professional
designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
