Research:
- Post-mortem histopathological changes in premature neonates with
respiratory distress on ventilatory support and having received
surfactant compared with similar clinical picture, however without,
the use of surfactant (Archival Autopsy material before Availability
of Surfactant).
- Review of Kimura’s disease and presentation of unique case
(presented at the Resident’s Research Day, Calgary, Alberta).
- The black Crow Awared, in 1998, Calary, Alberta- Canada, for
doing the most number of Autopsy cases,

TEACHING EXPERIENCE:
- Instruction of medical students and pathology residents rotating
through division of Histopathology.
- Histopathological instruction for internal medicine residents on
clinical-pathological conference meetings (inter-hospital).
- Instruction of dental students of forensic pathology.
- Responsible for running a course on cervical Pathology cytology
(Pap smear) gynecology residents.
- Organ demonstration on autopsy specimen for 1st year medical
students (when in Canada), and organ museum spcemts at King Saud
Medical School, girls College, Riyadh.
- Dermpath training weekly meeting with in-house and in programme
dermatology residents.
- Weekly Clinicopathological correlation (CPC), with Surgery
department, Gastroenterology, pediatric tumor board, and lymphoma
tumor board.
- Participate in monthly Dermatology Club and Pathology club
meeting, in Riyadh.
- Participate and supervise the pathology residents weekly case
presentation and journal club meetings.

2000.
- United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology since 2004.
- Participating in Interlaboratory Comparison Programs and
Performance Improvement Programs, with Collage of American
Pathologists.
